YEIDA has launched a new residential Plots Scheme on 1st March 2021. The details for this scheme is as below:
Total Number of Plots launched = 440 Sizes & Number of Plots: 60 meter (68 plots) 90 meter (64 plots) 120 meter (117 plots) 300 meter (60 plots) 500 meter (29 plots) 1000 meter (75 plots ) and 2000 meter (16 plots) 4000 meter (11 plots)
These plots are located in Sector 17, 18, 20 & 22 D
Scheme starts: 1st March 2021 Last date/ Scheme closes: 30th March 2021 (It was extended later) Date of Draw: 5th May 2021 (It was extended later) Allotment Price: Rs. 16870/- per sq meter (For 200 sqm and below size) Allotment Price: Rs. 16550/- per sq meter (For 300 sqm and above size) Circle Rate in these Sectors at the time of Draw: Rs. 17500/- per sq meter Circle Rate in these Sectors at the moment: Rs. 35000/- per sq meter (From 1st April 2025 onwards)
Resale Price in these Sectors at the moment for Registered Plots: (April’ 2025)
